What personal data is processed?
Dobby application may request the following personal data while using the app to provide its services:
First name
Last name
Title
Salutation
Itsme data (name, Itsme-id)
Address (street, house number, zipcode, municipality, box number)
Financial information (IBAN, VAT)
Phone numbers
Mobile numbers
Email addresses
information about used device
The Data is collected when a link is made with a building/Association of Co-owners (via the property manager). Data can also be added by the user via the Dobby application itself.
For what purposes are your personal data processed?
Dobby collects and processes your personal information, for the following purposes:
Respond to your request
Enable user registration and authentication when using the Dobby application
Use and access the Dobby application, including performing (mobile) actions
Security of the Dobby application
Archiving for evidence purposes
By downloading, installing, or using the Dobby application, the user agrees that Dobby stores information on the user's mobile device and accesses information from the mobile device.
The user can revoke their consent by interrupting the installation of the Dobby application or by removing the Dobby application from their mobile device.
To whom are your personal data transferred?
Dobby ensures that third parties only have limited access to personal data necessary to perform the services.
