Correspondence: delivering letters to joint owners
Joint owners like to be closely involved in building management, and you like to be on top of things. Timely communication, such as about the general meeting, helps with that. Learn how to deliver letters to joint owners using your digital assistant dobby.
Deliver an invitation to all owners
How do you send letters from your management software? When you want to notify the joint owners about the annual general meeting, you start from the building. Click on the building for which you want to send the letter and then click ‘dobby’. Just click the ‘Verstuur dobby-brief voor geselecteerd gebouw’ button and your invitations are sent out.
Sending invitations to individual owners
You may also want to send letters individually. To do so, navigate to the owner's detail page and click ‘dobby-brief’ there. That’s all it takes to send a message to an individual owner.
Sending reminders for the general meeting
Your message may escape the attention of some residents on occasion. Remind them of the general meeting by resending the invitation. Click on the building for which you want to resend the invitations and click ‘dobby’. Select ‘Herzend dobby-brief voor geselecteerd gebouw én enkel eigenaars zonder actieve registratie’ to send a reminder to any owners who have not yet responded. Simple.
