Viewing agenda items
If you attend the general meeting remotely, you can still view the agenda. Learn how to view agenda items as a co-owner through dobby. Maintain a clear overview, no matter your location!
Once you have joined the meeting digitally, the meeting agenda will appear. This clear table of contents shows the topics that will be discussed or voted on sequentially. To increase engagement, the administrator can highlight the active agenda item. This helps you keep track of what is currently being discussed in the general meeting that you are attending digitally.
Some agenda items may display a lock icon. It is not yet possible to cast your vote for these agenda items. For the agenda items that have the ‘Vote’ button next to them, you can click through to the voting page and cast your vote.
Leaving and rejoining the digital general meeting
You can easily leave and rejoin the digital general meeting. dobby meticulously logs your access times, so your administrator is well informed and everything is recorded accurately in the minutes. You can also review the minutes by agenda item after your administrator has published them.
