Report maintenance issues
You rely on your administrator for building management. If you notice a maintenance issue, such as a broken lift or a malfunctioning light, you can easily notify your administrator through dobby.
Report maintenance issues quickly and easily via dobby and get a response from your administrator via the same channel. From the menu, click 'Reporting' and then click '+' to create a new report. Select the building (and property, if relevant) for which you want to report a maintenance issue.
Give your report a clear title (for example, broken lift or broken light in the entrance hall) and a brief description. You can also include files or photos; after all, a picture often says more than a thousand words.
When you are ready, click ‘Report’ at the bottom to submit your report. Your administrator will be notified of your report immediately.
